Mauro Suarez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Fortun in the 18th minute. Ivan Chuse might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauro Suarez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivan Chuse ran back to his position shaking his head. Sixto Millan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Silvanito in the 27th minute of play. Pastor Etxeberri made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Los Depas FC's German Oton. Raul Mede's late challenge caught a Los Depas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. One of Sportivo Capucha:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Depas FC:s goal. Ivan Chuse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Mauro Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benigno Silvanito to strike the kick off in the second half. Los Depas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Chuse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Otoniel during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Ivan Chuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciriaco Abad struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Mauro Suarez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Depas FC. In the 87th minute, Gustavo Fortun made a precise shot to the right of Mauro Suarez. Sportivo Capucha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. German Oton hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Los Depas FC's Sixto Millan got control of the ball when Anselmo Otoniel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Los Depas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
