Nereo Mel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Izotz having to interfere. Feliberto Izotz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo Fortun went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Gustavo Fortun took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feliberto Izotz. Feliberto Izotz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lanus F.C.'s goalkeeper Feliberto Izotz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Edgardo Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Chap hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Feliberto Izotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Chuse, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute of the match, Gustavo Fortun got a very nice opportunity to score, but Feliberto Izotz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Feliberto Izotz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Fortun in the 42nd minute. After a rather tough play, Lanus F.C.'s Niceto Ramone got a free kick in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Gustavo Fortun made the kick off in the second half. Baldomiro Qwinton kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 56 minutes, Aurelio Nayely mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lanus F.C. and the Los Depas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Los Depas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Oton to maneuver through the defense. Albano Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Izotz having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lanus F.C.'s zone, Gustavo Fortun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliberto Izotz came out of the goal and Gustavo Fortun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. German Oton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Placido Telesforo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Lanus F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Chuse came free, but Feliberto Izotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Oton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 97 minutes into the game, Los Depas FC's Gustavo Fortun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feliberto Izotz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0.
