Honorato Guib was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aldo Guzman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Aldo Guzman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Honorato Guib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tomas Berdaitz came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Astica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berdaitz couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Corderall in the 21st minute of play forced Changos del Impenetrable's goalkeeper Bernabe Froila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Checa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Honorato Guib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Epifanio Checa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Berdaitz to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Epifanio Checa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Changos del Impenetrable's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Checa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Guib breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernabe Froila made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Aurelio Corderall sent off a good shot on target. Astica's Honorato Guib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Checa in the 67th minute of play. Aldo Guzman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Honorato Guib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Changos del Impenetrable's Epifanio Checa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorato Guib made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 73 minutes into the match, Astica's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Guzman came free, but Honorato Guib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Epifanio Checa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Changos del Impenetrable's zone, Aurelio Corderall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernabe Froila came out of the goal and Aurelio Corderall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aldo Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Changos del Impenetrable had played much better football throughout.
