Jose Eskuin kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Dalmacio Shepherd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Egusquiza's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmacio Shepherd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kara Kartal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benito Ulizes to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, La Paternal AFC's Marcial Intxixu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. When Marcelino Benitez fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Nicanor Savion struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Lorenzo Orixe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Paternal AFC. Lorenzo Orixe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicanor Savion went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Nicanor Savion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
