The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Isthilart:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Paternal AFC:s goal. The referee gave La Paternal AFC a penalty, 4 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Celso Erlantz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Isthilart's Octavio Chus. 1-0. In the 7th minute Arnaldo Gilesindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kara Kartal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Gilesindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kara Kartal having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in La Paternal AFC's zone, Arnaldo Gilesindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kara Kartal came out of the goal and Arnaldo Gilesindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute, Arnaldo Gilesindo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute Arnaldo Gilesindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kara Kartal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Paternal AFC's goalkeeper Kara Kartal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 17 minutes, Nicanor Savion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Paternal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicanor Savion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicanor Savion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Chus having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Severo Mattin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fulgencio Berdaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fulgencio Berdaitz came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the La Paternal AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulgencio Berdaitz couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute, Nicanor Savion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 minutes, Nicanor Savion mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Paternal AFC and the Isthilart players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Paternal AFC's Nicanor Savion got a free kick in the 31st minute. Fulgencio Berdaitz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 35th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Fulgencio Berdaitz came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the La Paternal AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulgencio Berdaitz couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Isthilart's Siro Efraim got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute, Isthilart's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nicanor Savion fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fulgencio Berdaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Octavio Chus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severo Mattin hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Siro Efraim lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave La Paternal AFC a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Celso Erlantz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Isthilart's Octavio Chus. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fulgencio Berdaitz made a kick off. Nicanor Savion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Octavio Chus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Berdaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Nicanor Savion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Nicanor Savion ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavio Chus was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A collision led to La Paternal AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Fulgencio Berdaitz hit a great ball. Fulgencio Berdaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Isthilart fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for La Paternal AFC. Celso Erlantz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Octavio Chus. 4-0. If Nicanor Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severo Mattin charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severo Mattin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes Isthilart got a freekick which was hit by Severo Mattin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Savion in the 90th minute of play forced Isthilart's goalkeeper Octavio Chus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isthilart's Octavio Chus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Savion in the 94th minute of play. Gogo Mannie hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. 97 minutes into the game, Nicanor Savion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Octavio Chus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isthilart's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
