Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Benito Ulizes took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Egusquiza's Felipe Mede got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Dalmacio Shepherd could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Rosendo Harri made a huge save. Albino Blasi hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 10 played minutes El Progreso de Echu got a freekick which was hit by Albino Blasi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Ulizes in the 15th minute of play forced El Progreso de Echu's goalkeeper Rosendo Harri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Victor Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Egusquiza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Lino Eyague managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Progreso de Echu's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Eyague was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorenzo Orixe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, El Progreso de Echu's goalkeeper Rosendo Harri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dalmacio Shepherd. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillermo Lluis was the one to do the kick off. Rosendo Harri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Benitez in the 55th minute of play. Rosendo Harri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Ulizes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Lluis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lorenzo Orixe having to make a save. Lorenzo Orixe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Lluis in the 61st minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, El Progreso de Echu's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Santos came free, but Rosendo Harri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prudencio Victoro kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. When Simon Eate fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
