Spectators: 7900 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 150) Powerpuffs's Jo Rooney started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Iszur Sianturi came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Goo Goo Dolls's Olimpiu Dragnea. But to his dismay, Olimpiu Dragnea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Olimpiu Dragnea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iszur Sianturi having to interfere. Sacha Walker kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Olimpiu Dragnea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute Jo Rooney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Cuss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iszur Sianturi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teddy Ball in the 15th minute of the match. Olimpiu Dragnea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iszur Sianturi having to interfere. Iszur Sianturi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenny Anson, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Henry Dawson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Benjamin Cuss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iszur Sianturi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenny Anson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Powerpuffs's Sacha Walker got a free kick in the 26th minute. Aaron Cooke charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Cooke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Powerpuffs booed when Goo Goo Dolls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Cooke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Jo Rooney could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Benjamin Cuss however easily saved by the left post. Iszur Sianturi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Dragnea in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Marcial Garin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Powerpuffs's Iszur Sianturi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olimpiu Dragnea in the 38th minute of play. Olimpiu Dragnea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 40th minute Barry Roy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iszur Sianturi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iszur Sianturi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olimpiu Dragnea in the 42nd minute of the match. Tristan Kyle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Olimpiu Dragnea got free with Iszur Sianturi in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute of the match, Barry Roy got a very nice opportunity to score, but Iszur Sianturi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Benjamin Cuss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jo Rooney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57thth minute of the game Henry Dawson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goo Goo Dolls's Benjamin Cuss was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jo Rooney's late challenge caught a Goo Goo Dolls's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jo Rooney helped the player get up and apologised. Jo Rooney kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Powerpuffs's Iszur Sianturi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olimpiu Dragnea in the 60th minute of play. Iszur Sianturi came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Goo Goo Dolls's Olimpiu Dragnea. But to his dismay, Olimpiu Dragnea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Goo Goo Dolls fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Goo Goo Dolls's Olimpiu Dragnea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Tosh Clayton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Powerpuffs's Henry Dawson in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Goo Goo Dolls's goalie prevented a goal. When Aaron Cooke was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. The supporters of Powerpuffs booed when Goo Goo Dolls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Cooke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Powerpuffs's Zeferino Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iszur Sianturi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olimpiu Dragnea in the 73rd minute of the match. Goo Goo Dolls's Benjamin Cuss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Dawson in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Powerpuffs defense, Olimpiu Dragnea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iszur Sianturi. The Powerpuffs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iszur Sianturi should have stopped the shot. Powerpuffs's Tristan Kyle got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Goo Goo Dolls supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Goo Goo Dolls would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
