After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Conny Vidman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juoksengi RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Conny Vidman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Ove Wiklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 0-1 became the score in the 11th minute when Jonathan Lange elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Sven Ambjörnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Lange's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Ove Wiklund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Lange in the 27th minute of play forced Norrlands Guld's goalkeeper Karl-Ove Wiklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Roger Eliasson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juoksengi RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Norrlands Guld the free kick. Roger Eliasson kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Dan Östlund successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Norrlands Guld's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jörn Grelsson in the 35th minute. Norrlands Guld's Jörn Grelsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dan Östlund in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Conny Vidman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Lange struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Karl-Ove Wiklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juoksengi RK. Jörn Grelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Ove Wiklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Lange, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Ove Wiklund came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Juoksengi RK's Conny Vidman. But to his dismay, Conny Vidman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 61st minute of the match Helge Vedholm sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl-Ove Wiklund skillfully saved the ball. Rune Valrot struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Dan Östlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norrlands Guld. Conny Vidman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Karl-Ove Wiklund made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Norrlands Guld's Olle Odén got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Jonathan Lange had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Ove Wiklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conny Vidman in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Conny Vidman could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Karl-Ove Wiklund however easily saved by the left post. Conny Vidman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Karl-Ove Wiklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rune Valrot during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Juoksengi RK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
