Spectators: 7559 (Terracing: 5670, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 151) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when John Wiklund got the match started through his kick off. Helge Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marko Sandström having to interfere. In the 4th match minute, Strömsnäsbruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egon Duset to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Strömsnäsbruk getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Egon Duset hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Filiph Örtendahl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristian Stabbe. Pistonheads FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filiph Örtendahl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 16th minute Filiph Örtendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Stabbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes, Jimmy Lundgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pistonheads FC and the Strömsnäsbruk players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Strömsnäsbruk defense, Helge Andreasson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marko Sandström. The Strömsnäsbruk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marko Sandström should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Strömsnäsbruk's zone, Samuel Sigfridsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marko Sandström came out of the goal and Samuel Sigfridsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tim Fransson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Samuel Sigfridsson took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Marko Sandström to make any attempt to save it. Marko Sandström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Sigfridsson went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Tim Fransson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pistonheads FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tim Fransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marko Sandström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Pistonheads FC's Jimmy Lundgren got a free kick in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Helge Andreasson to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Strömsnäsbruk's zone, Helge Andreasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marko Sandström came out of the goal and Helge Andreasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Strömsnäsbruk's Marko Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Gustavsson in the 56th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling John Wiklund in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristian Stabbe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Helge Andreasson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marko Sandström was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Pistonheads FC's goalkeeper Kristian Stabbe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filiph Örtendahl. In the 65th minute John Wiklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Stabbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Helge Andreasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kristian Stabbe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Egon Duset in the 71st minute. Marko Sandström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Andreasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Helge Andreasson scored 4-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marko Sandström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marko Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Sigfridsson in the 87th minute of the match. Egon Duset charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egon Duset the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Helge Andreasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Samuel Sigfridsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristian Stabbe made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Filiph Örtendahl sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Strömsnäsbruk booed when Pistonheads FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Sigfridsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filiph Örtendahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pistonheads FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
