Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Öberg in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristian Stabbe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 3 minutes, Kent Öberg made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pistonheads FC's Kristian Stabbe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Öberg in the 7th minute of play forced Pistonheads FC's goalkeeper Kristian Stabbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Andreasson in the 8th minute of play forced Snake City FC's goalkeeper Gottfrid Nyqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pistonheads FC booed when Snake City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Granberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Snake City FC's Sebastian Ekeroth got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Kent Öberg came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Snake City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kent Öberg couldn't finish the play. Samuel Sigfridsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Gottfrid Nyqvist made a huge save. Kristian Stabbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Matsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 minutes of play, Pistonheads FC's Helge Andreasson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gottfrid Nyqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kent Öberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th match minute, Snake City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Käcker to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Snake City FC booed when Pistonheads FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kennet Sundström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute Peter Matsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Stabbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Kent Öberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Snake City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Öberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Stabbe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Pistonheads FC booed when Snake City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Granberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When Kent Öberg came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Snake City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kent Öberg couldn't finish the play. Helge Andreasson might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gottfrid Nyqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Helge Andreasson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute Kent Öberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Stabbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Helge Andreasson put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gottfrid Nyqvist. Samuel Sigfridsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Gottfrid Nyqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Snake City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Andreasson came free, but Gottfrid Nyqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gottfrid Nyqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Fransson in the 76th minute of play. Kent Öberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kristian Stabbe came out and tried to block the shot, but Kent Öberg slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute, Viktor Granberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernst Lidman's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Gottfrid Nyqvist - 4-2 was put on the score board in the 86th minute. When Ludvig Norberg fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Snake City FC's protests and gave Ludvig Norberg a yellow card for diving instead. Kent Öberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristian Stabbe having to make a save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pistonheads FC had played much better football throughout.
