The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sven Pihlwall came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lövstalöt BK's Sivert Dahlbom. But to his dismay, Sivert Dahlbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Stig Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Sivert Dahlbom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lövstalöt BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 14th minute Alf Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Vennerström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joseph Vennerström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Pettersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven Pihlwall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sivert Dahlbom in the 20th minute of play. Alfons Arenstedt in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sven Pihlwall, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Lövstalöt BK's zone, Nicklas Sandberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseph Vennerström came out of the goal and Nicklas Sandberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Billy Odén hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes Lövstalöt BK got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Arenstedt. The supporters of Ljungdalen booed when Lövstalöt BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfons Arenstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven Pihlwall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sivert Dahlbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the match, Alfons Arenstedt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sven Pihlwall, 3-0. In the 44th match minute, Lövstalöt BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfons Arenstedt to maneuver through the defense. Sven Pihlwall didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 48th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfons Arenstedt made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Arenstedt in the 53rd minute of play forced Ljungdalen's goalkeeper Sven Pihlwall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute of the match Lövstalöt BK got a corner. Ljungdalen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filiph Bergman ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sven Pihlwall didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lövstalöt BK's Sivert Dahlbom shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malte Torstensson during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes Ljungdalen got a freekick which was hit by Malte Torstensson. When Lövstalöt BK's Alfons Arenstedt in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sven Pihlwall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sven Pihlwall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Arenstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Arenstedt in the 90th minute of play forced Ljungdalen's goalkeeper Sven Pihlwall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Ljungdalen's goal looked a bit too open when Sivert Dahlbom came free, but Sven Pihlwall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
