Reyrieux's Maël Romanet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Reyrieux from getting a goal against them. If Nicolas Pomies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Terry Bouille kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When Nicolas Pomies fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paname Sport Club's protests and gave Nicolas Pomies a yellow card for diving instead. But to his dismay, Gilbert Radet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilbert Radet to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Cresson during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Pomies in the 54th minute of play forced Reyrieux's goalkeeper Maël Romanet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Marin Guine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, Marin Guine was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reyrieux's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paname Sport Club the free kick. Marin Guine kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. A very good chance for a goal. Flavian Sureau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Florinio having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gauthier Sylla got free with Astor Florinio in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
