Cellule's Jean-Charles Sauvaget played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bérenger Gibaud in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Paname Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Germain Hocquet came free, but Astor Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Jean-Philippe Contal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cellule fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gilbert Radet's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jean-Charles Sauvaget firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germain Hocquet in the 36th minute of play forced Paname Sport Club's goalkeeper Astor Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Cellule fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Cellule's Germain Hocquet looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 45 minutes into the match, Cellule's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Pomies came free, but Jean-Charles Sauvaget reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Paname Sport Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cellule were winning 0-2.

Astor Florinio made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Flavian Douet sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on Cellule's corner Pierre-Louis Berrier fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Astor Florinio quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Cellule getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Flavian Douet hit a great ball. Nicolas Pomies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Charles Sauvaget having to interfere. Cellule's Hakim Caillaud was substituted for Pierre-Louis Berrier. The supporters of Paname Sport Club booed when Cellule was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Youri Defontaine didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Victor Rocha notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Cellule's Jean-Charles Sauvaget. Jean-Charles Sauvaget was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Cellule's zone, Victor Rocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Charles Sauvaget came out of the goal and Victor Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute, Adil Albrecht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Cellule's zone, Bérenger Gibaud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Charles Sauvaget came out of the goal and Bérenger Gibaud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cellule's Jean-Charles Sauvaget played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Radet in the 76th minute of play. Astor Florinio was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Germain Hocquet capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Germain Hocquet really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Cellule's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
