Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anatole Gaulier got the match started through his kick off. Allan Marie-Louise scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franz Mérieau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute, Boussange's Morgan Goudal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Boussange's Rémy Le Jeune played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cheikh Bocage in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphaël Archimbaud in the 18th minute of play forced Boussange's goalkeeper Rémy Le Jeune to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rémy Le Jeune came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Salle's Raphaël Archimbaud. But to his dismay, Raphaël Archimbaud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Boussange's Rémy Le Jeune played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cheikh Bocage in the 33rd minute of play. Rémy Le Jeune took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bixente Rodier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salle's Raphaël Archimbaud got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Boussange players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Salle were winning 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brian Travert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rémy Le Jeune showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphaël Archimbaud in the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Salle's Raphaël Archimbaud got a free kick in the 54th minute. Franz Mérieau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anatole Gaulier's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. When Allan Marie-Louise came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Boussange fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Marie-Louise couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Salle's Bixente Rodier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rémy Le Jeune. Rémy Le Jeune yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. After 65 played minutes Boussange got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Goudal. A long shot from Hakim Desvaux in the 66th minute of play was well struck, but Rémy Le Jeune made a really good save at the right post. Raphaël Archimbaud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Salle's Francis Gautier got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rémy Le Jeune showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphaël Archimbaud in the 76th minute of the match. Anatole Gaulier might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Franz Mérieau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anatole Gaulier ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes into the game, Morgan Goudal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boussange's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salle the free kick. Morgan Goudal kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. The supporters of Salle booed when Boussange was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Sagot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Boussange's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Travert came free, but Rémy Le Jeune reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bixente Rodier's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rémy Le Jeune firmly grabbed it by the left post. 89 minutes into the match, Raphaël Archimbaud notched a goal, 2-6, to the right of Boussange's Rémy Le Jeune. Rémy Le Jeune was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anatole Gaulier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Franz Mérieau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96thth minute of the game Anatole Gaulier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salle's Franz Mérieau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Salle walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
