When Frans Sheridan came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Grasshopperne Langå fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frans Sheridan couldn't finish the play. Ken Rohbrandt made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 4thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Rune Rahlf would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Ken Rohbrandt put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rune Rahlf. Frans Sheridan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Rune Rahlf made a huge save. Ken Rohbrandt struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Rune Rahlf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grasshopperne Langå. The supporters of Grasshopperne Langå booed when hvidovre 88 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lavritz Filskov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frans Sheridan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Rune Rahlf stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frans Sheridan's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Grasshopperne Langå's Ken Rohbrandt got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melkior Thorslev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loke Badenholt in the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, one of hvidovre 88:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Grasshopperne Langå. Aske Frøshøj stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rune Rahlf. 4-0. In the 43rdth minute of the game Frans Sheridan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but hvidovre 88's Rune Rahlf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ken Rohbrandt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Rune Rahlf when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rune Rahlf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Sheridan in the 45th minute of the match. A collision led to hvidovre 88 getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Holger Lemborg hit a great ball. Frans Sheridan struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Loke Badenholt made a kick off. Loke Badenholt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Ken Rohbrandt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rune Rahlf was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Rune Rahlf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Rohbrandt in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 70thth minute of the game Frans Sheridan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but hvidovre 88's Rune Rahlf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ken Rohbrandt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Ken Rohbrandt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grasshopperne Langå's supporters rose to their feet, but Ken Rohbrandt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Rahlf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Frans Sheridan put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rune Rahlf. Rune Rahlf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Rohbrandt in the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Ken Rohbrandt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rune Rahlf. hvidovre 88's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ken Rohbrandt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Einer Misser hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Nicko Frisman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grasshopperne Langå's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicko Frisman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Konstantin Nordø could shoot a difficult shot in the 98th minute, which Melkior Thorslev however easily saved by the left post. There was no doubt that Grasshopperne Langå were the better team. Grasshopperne Langå's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
