In the 11th minute, Loke Badenholt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th match minute, Erentlev was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sander Balsø to maneuver through the defense. After 14 played minutes hvidovre 88 got a freekick which was hit by Lavritz Filskov. In the 15th minute, Konstantin Nordø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, hvidovre 88's Dani Børge threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Loke Badenholt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 25 minutes, Aage Blæsgaard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Erentlev and the hvidovre 88 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Erentlev got a freekick which was hit by Aage Blæsgaard. After having played for 26 minutes, Viggo Ravnskjær managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. hvidovre 88's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viggo Ravnskjær was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Sander Balsø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erentlev's attack was well implemented in the 32nd minute, but when Sepp Skovdam was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute Sepp Skovdam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Rahlf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sepp Skovdam in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rune Rahlf saved hvidovre 88 from getting behind. In the 41st minute, Konstantin Nordø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sepp Skovdam might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rune Rahlf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sepp Skovdam ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Loke Badenholt to strike the kick off in the second half. Erentlev's Dani Børge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantin Nordø in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Gerhard Mendrup hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sepp Skovdam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Rahlf having to interfere. Hasan Hardt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Rahlf having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Sepp Skovdam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The nice shot from Sepp Skovdam in the 63rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Rune Rahlf had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Dani Børge stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Loke Badenholt's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sepp Skovdam in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rune Rahlf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rune Rahlf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sepp Skovdam in the 76th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Erentlev's Sepp Skovdam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rune Rahlf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loke Badenholt in the 81st minute of play forced Erentlev's goalkeeper Dani Børge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Sepp Skovdam lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Rune Rahlf. Konstantin Nordø's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dani Børge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Erentlev's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
