Harold Ruttens kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Robben Kints ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thys Geraerts was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thys Geraerts prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 67 played minutes Dynamo Marx got a freekick which was hit by Tommas Verhaghe. Thys Geraerts had great luck who in the 69thth minute grab hold of the ball when Kirk Powderham from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Thys Geraerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirk Powderham in the 74th minute of play. Nico Van Meerbek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronald Theys, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Thys Geraerts didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kirk Powderham went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Brakkies New Bastards's Thys Geraerts threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daniel Reijniers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kirk Powderham took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thys Geraerts. Thys Geraerts dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After a rather tough play, Dynamo Marx's Tommas Verhaghe got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Daniel Reijniers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brakkies New Bastards's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Reijniers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Daniel Reijniers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Dynamo Marx fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brakkies New Bastards were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
