The Szuperbeton fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Volodymyr Zelenskiy should have stopped the shot. After recieving a nice pass, Szuperbeton's Boris Specht tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Octaaf Nijs to make the kick off. Octaaf Nijs took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Volodymyr Zelenskiy. Volodymyr Zelenskiy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Volodymyr Zelenskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Youri Spailer in the 61st minute. In the 68th match minute, Szuperbeton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralf Borginions to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's goal looked a bit too open when Gertjan Lanphan came free, but Ray Van Gorp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Szuperbeton's goalkeeper Volodymyr Zelenskiy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Youri Spailer.
