In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Szuperbeton's goalkeeper Volodymyr Zelenskiy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gertjan Lanphan in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waud De Geyter saved Silver Squad AFC from getting behind. Boris Specht took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Waud De Geyter. Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Szuperbeton's Mickael Ceusters got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Szuperbeton's Volodymyr Zelenskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Carberry in the 24th minute of play. Volodymyr Zelenskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frans Van Caubergen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Silver Squad AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Silver Squad AFC booed when Szuperbeton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mickael Ceusters didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fryderyk Mondrowski hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. If Izydor Czysta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Carberry in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Volodymyr Zelenskiy, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Volodymyr Zelenskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans Van Caubergen in the 60th minute of the match. Didier Colpaert took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Waud De Geyter. Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Szuperbeton fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Silver Squad AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
