When Omiros Stathopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Dhráganon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omiros Stathopoulos couldn't finish the play. If Thodoris Kakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zinon Argitakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thodoris Kakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akheron Brettos having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Zinon Argitakos notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Farángion BC's Akheron Brettos. Akheron Brettos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Omiros Stathopoulos scored 2-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Akheron Brettos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 38 minutes, Omiros Stathopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dhráganon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omiros Stathopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Dhráganon FC's Omiros Stathopoulos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Akheron Brettos. That made the score 3-0 after 41 minutes of play. When Alkeides Stamatelos fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Farángion BC's protests and gave Alkeides Stamatelos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, Farángion BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alkeides Stamatelos to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Zinon Argitakos got in the 54th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Akheron Brettos handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 57th minute Haides Tassioglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khariklo Harames saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omiros Stathopoulos in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Akheron Brettos saved Farángion BC from getting behind. After having played for 66 minutes, Haides Tassioglou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farángion BC's Akheron Brettos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zinon Argitakos in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of Dhráganon FC booed when Farángion BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lykomedes Tsahalis didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zinon Argitakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Farángion BC's Akheron Brettos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zinon Argitakos in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Farángion BC's Akestes Adamidis got a free kick in the 84th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omiros Stathopoulos in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Akheron Brettos saved Farángion BC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Farángion BC defense, Zinon Argitakos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Akheron Brettos. The Farángion BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Akheron Brettos should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Dhráganon FC were the better team. Dhráganon FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
