Spectators: 7202 (Terracing: 5403, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Seyhun Hececi kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Şaheser FC's zone, Ahmet Kutsi Taşcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tamer Urgun came out of the goal and Ahmet Kutsi Taşcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Kutsi Taşcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamer Urgun having to interfere. Ahmet Kutsi Taşcan took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tamer Urgun. Tamer Urgun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 19th minute Necaettin Urandu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamer Urgun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Şaheser FC's Seyhun Hececi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 36th minute, Ahmet Kutsi Taşcan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tamer Urgun was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 41 minutes into the match, Kumkapi SK's goalkeeper Hüseyin Turan Ünverdi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alaaddin Ganim. A collision led to Kumkapi SK getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. İsmail Cem Dindar hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Kutsi Taşcan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ahmet Kutsi Taşcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Ali Galip Çiftçioğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hüseyin Turan Ünverdi. Kumkapi SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Galip Çiftçioğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Mehmet Şefik Yoruk kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Şaheser FC's Tamer Urgun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Şaheser FC from getting a goal against them. Hüseyin Turan Ünverdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alaaddin Ganim, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Şaheser FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Kutsi Taşcan came free, but Tamer Urgun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seyhun Hececi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hüseyin Turan Ünverdi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Şaheser FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ahmet Kutsi Taşcan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
