Dinç Ülküm came out and tried to block the shot, but Dinçer Aydınoğlu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Numan Benli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinç Ülküm was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. FORESTER FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Şanver Sarp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. FORESTER FK's Numan Benli got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şanver Sarp in the 91st minute of play forced FORESTER FK's goalkeeper Ali Asım Suheyl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
