In the 12th match minute, Corlu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ünsal Kabil to maneuver through the defense. Efe Tun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Corlu defense, Şahap Şerefhan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dinç Ülküm. The Corlu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dinç Ülküm should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Kurtulus's goalkeeper Ali Çağrı Samin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ünsal Kabil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzalp Onursev in the 32nd minute of play forced Corlu's goalkeeper Dinç Ülküm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Yiğit Can Seyran fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corlu's protests and gave Yiğit Can Seyran a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Corlu got a freekick which was hit by Yiğit Can Seyran. Hakkı Deniz Erdurmus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The crowd rose to their feet as Şahap Şerefhan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dinç Ülküm. That made the score 1-3 in the 52 minute of play. When Bilgehan İksir came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Corlu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bilgehan İksir couldn't finish the play. Ünsal Kabil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ali Çağrı Samin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Kurtulus's goal looked a bit too open when Ünsal Kabil came free, but Ali Çağrı Samin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzalp Onursev in the 90th minute of play forced Corlu's goalkeeper Dinç Ülküm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinç Ülküm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şahap Şerefhan went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yiğit Can Seyran in the 95th minute of play forced Kurtulus's goalkeeper Ali Çağrı Samin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Çağrı Samin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Cahit Özalpsan in the 97th minute of the match.
