An unexpectedly hard shot by Erdoğan Özakan in the 8th minute of play forced Kurtulus's goalkeeper Ali Çağrı Samin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sadri Sayfi in the 12th minute of play forced FORESTER FK's goalkeeper Ali Asım Suheyl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FORESTER FK defense, Şahap Şerefhan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Asım Suheyl. The FORESTER FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Asım Suheyl should have stopped the shot. Şahap Şerefhan hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Erdoğan Özakan kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Ali Asım Suheyl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuzalp Onursev, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, FORESTER FK's İsrafil Duman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ali Çağrı Samin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Numan Benli to make the kick off. Ali Asım Suheyl made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Şahap Şerefhan sent off a good shot on target. Kurtulus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İsrafil Duman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Numan Benli in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Çağrı Samin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Haydar Kutsoy struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Ali Çağrı Samin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FORESTER FK. Ali Asım Suheyl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sadri Sayfi in the 87th minute of the match. Ali Asım Suheyl made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Şahap Şerefhan sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Ali Asım Suheyl successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 91 minutes into the match, Sadri Sayfi notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of FORESTER FK's Ali Asım Suheyl. Ali Asım Suheyl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Şahap Şerefhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Asım Suheyl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şahap Şerefhan ran back to his position shaking his head. The Kurtulus supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kurtulus would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
