In the 3rd minute Turan Çağan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Tugay Özboga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Ersin Temizkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ziya Onur Nasreddin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Arif Tugay Özboga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Şaban Karacabey fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Edeler FC's protests and gave Şaban Karacabey a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute Özmen İlbaşı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Tugay Özboga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edeler FC's Arif Tugay Özboga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turan Çağan in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Edeler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Turan Çağan came free, but Arif Tugay Özboga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Edeler FC's Halil İbrahim Eraksan got a free kick in the 29th minute. Ziya Onur Nasreddin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Ziya Onur Nasreddin made a precise shot to the right of Arif Tugay Özboga. Edeler FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Edeler FC's zone, Ziya Onur Nasreddin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Tugay Özboga came out of the goal and Ziya Onur Nasreddin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandırmaspor's goalkeeper Atilla Bumin Sartık, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Ziya Onur Nasreddin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Tugay Özboga. Edeler FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ziya Onur Nasreddin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The Edeler FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bandırmaspor were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Ziya Onur Nasreddin made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Edeler FC's goalkeeper Arif Tugay Özboga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yunus Raşit. Edeler FC's Arif Tugay Özboga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Edeler FC from getting a goal against them. In the 66th match minute, Bandırmaspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yunus Altunay to maneuver through the defense. Esat Pozan, 66 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 70th minute, Seyfettin Erseven got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edeler FC's Arif Tugay Özboga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziya Onur Nasreddin in the 72nd minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Turan Çağan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arif Tugay Özboga, 0-4. Turan Çağan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Tugay Özboga having to interfere. In the 83rd minute of the match, Ziya Onur Nasreddin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arif Tugay Özboga saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Edeler FC's Arif Tugay Özboga got control of the ball when Turan Çağan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Ziya Onur Nasreddin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arif Tugay Özboga, 0-5. 92 minutes into the game, Özmen İlbaşı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bandırmaspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Edeler FC the free kick. A collision led to Bandırmaspor getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Özmen İlbaşı hit a great ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Esat Pozan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Edeler FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esat Pozan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Necat Koray fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Edeler FC's protests and gave Necat Koray a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bandırmaspor booed when Edeler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necat Koray didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Edeler FC's goalkeeper Arif Tugay Özboga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Turan Çağan. The Edeler FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bandırmaspor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
