Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lemi Muhteşem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Derya Hanefi during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cesur Akşin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Özgüzeldere booed when Saricakaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Derya Hanefi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Şevket Gayret managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Özgüzeldere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şevket Gayret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute Lemi Muhteşem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mete Yaslı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Özgüzeldere's Mete Yaslı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lemi Muhteşem in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Behzat Kirmanşah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saricakaya's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Özgüzeldere the free kick. After 20 played minutes Saricakaya got a freekick which was hit by Behzat Kirmanşah. In the 21st minute of the match Bahtiyar Tuncal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk skillfully saved the ball. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Özgüzeldere's goalkeeper Mete Yaslı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesur Akşin struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Özgüzeldere. Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk was a little too slow when Şevket Gayret got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 1-0. Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şevket Gayret in the 44th minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Saricakaya got a freekick which was hit by Buğra Nazif.

The wind increased when Şevket Gayret made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Özgüzeldere's Mete Yaslı got control of the ball when Azim Arıhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Behzat Kirmanşah received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mete Yaslı came out and tried to block the shot, but Behzat Kirmanşah slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 60th minute. When Lemi Muhteşem, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 64 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Mete Yaslı was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Mete Yaslı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lemi Muhteşem in the 66th minute of play. A hard shot 70 in the game by Azim Arıhan from a close distance when the talented Mete Yaslı managed to make a qualified save. Özgüzeldere's players were relieved. If Azim Arıhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Behzat Kirmanşah kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Azim Arıhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mete Yaslı having to interfere. When Azim Arıhan came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Saricakaya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Azim Arıhan couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute Lemi Muhteşem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mete Yaslı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
