Jawad Al Qatam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belal Bo Abbas, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Ameer Al Dabos struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Oun Al Khames didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brampton City. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Oun Al Khames made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fawzy Al Wazan in the 91st minute of play. Abbas Khaja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oun Al Khames read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Oun Al Khames showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abbas Khaja in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Crystal Palace FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
