The wind increased when Victor Lum made the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes of play, Blackpool's Jonathan Devan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Asiz Lim was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Victor Lum came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Abbay Wood United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Lum couldn't finish the play. If Jonathan Devan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Blackpool's John Ching was substituted for Jonathan Devan. Felix Choy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Asiz Lim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Felix Choy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asiz Lim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
