The supporters of Ayreon booed when Close family was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Butterfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute Arne Kinnaird shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 叶凡战 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Close family's goalkeeper 叶凡战 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Best Smoothy. Arne Kinnaird scored 3-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 叶凡战, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ian Paddle during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 23 played minutes Close family got a freekick which was hit by Ian Paddle. 24 minutes into the match, Close family's goalkeeper 叶凡战 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Kinnaird. Best Smoothy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but 叶凡战 made a huge save. 叶凡战 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnett Paynter in the 27th minute of the match. Jared Tucknott scored 4-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 叶凡战, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arne Kinnaird took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 叶凡战. 叶凡战 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 41 minutes into the match, Boyce Johnson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 叶凡战. Close family's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boyce Johnson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Brown Muddle kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

叶凡战 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jared Tucknott, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Kinnaird in the 53rd minute of play forced Close family's goalkeeper 叶凡战 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 minutes of play, Ayreon's Jared Tucknott made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 叶凡战 was left in no man's land by his defense there! Boyce Johnson took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 叶凡战. 叶凡战 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jared Tucknott in the 66th minute of play forced Close family's goalkeeper 叶凡战 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Close family's Humberto Mitxel suffered a concussion in the 69th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 69 minutes into the game, Casper Kenack was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ayreon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Close family the free kick. Casper Kenack kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 叶凡战 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Kinnaird, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the game, Ayreon's Arne Kinnaird nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 叶凡战 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. 叶凡战 came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Ayreon's Barnett Paynter. But to his dismay, Barnett Paynter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. In the 81st match minute, Close family was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Băcioiu to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Arne Kinnaird shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 叶凡战 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 叶凡战 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jared Tucknott in the 86th minute of play. 叶凡战 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arne Kinnaird went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 15-0 was the resulting score. 叶凡战 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyce Johnson in the 91st minute of play. 叶凡战 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyce Johnson in the 93rd minute of play. Ayreon's Boyce Johnson got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Whitmore kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 叶凡战 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boyce Johnson in the 95th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ayreon fully deserved thier win.
