Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hipolito Fritz in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florentino Toro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute of the match U21 Chile got a corner. U21 Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chupan Hoyo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 12 minutes of play, U21 Chile's Hipolito Fritz made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florentino Toro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hipolito Fritz struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Florentino Toro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Chile. Florentino Toro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Hugo Painevilu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 minutes of play, U21 Chile's Hipolito Fritz made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florentino Toro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The U21 Chile fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when U21 Chile's Hipolito Fritz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 26th minute, Hipolito Fritz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florentino Toro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Rogelio Chepe hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Hipolito Fritz struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Florentino Toro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. In the 45th minute, Fabian Virila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Hipolito Fritz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florentino Toro. U21 Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hipolito Fritz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hipolito Fritz made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Hipolito Fritz managed to get in a good position for a shot. U21 Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Fritz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florentino Toro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florentino Toro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Fritz in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58thth minute of the game Hipolito Fritz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Mexico's Florentino Toro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florentino Toro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Hugo Painevilu in the 59th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Hipolito Fritz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Florentino Toro. That made the score 0-11 in the 61 minute of play. U21 Chile's Adolf Eichmann was substituted for Cristopher Damian. U21 Chile made a substitution. Marcelino Calzada replaced Victor Hugo Painevilu. Florentino Toro was a little too slow when Adolf Eichmann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-12. Marcelino Calzada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogelio Chepe during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th minute, Rogelio Chepe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adolf Eichmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florentino Toro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolf Eichmann ran back to his position shaking his head. Adolf Eichmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Florentino Toro made a huge save. Adolf Eichmann in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Florentino Toro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 78 minutes into the game, U21 Chile's Adolf Eichmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florentino Toro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. Adolf Eichmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Florentino Toro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute Adolf Eichmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Toro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Zeledon Lizbeth threw the ball into play from the sideline. U21 Chile's Francisco Antonio Landaeta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
