Cavaliers FC's Cornelio Villegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantijn Ruelens in the 29th minute of play. Bart-Jan Van De Beeck came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Cavaliers FC's Celedonio Argina. But to his dismay, Celedonio Argina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Celedonio Argina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bart-Jan Van De Beeck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Cavaliers FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adolfo Umea in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Royal Antwerp FC's goalkeeper Bart-Jan Van De Beeck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Filip den Ronden threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cavaliers FC's Severo Tohias quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thibau Robin to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Celedonio Argina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Bart-Jan Van De Beeck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thibau Robin got free with Cornelio Villegas in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celedonio Argina might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bart-Jan Van De Beeck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celedonio Argina ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Argina in the 58th minute of play forced Royal Antwerp FC's goalkeeper Bart-Jan Van De Beeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Royal Antwerp FC's Filip den Ronden got a free kick in the 61st minute. Cavaliers FC's Florencio Villegas was substituted for Celedonio Argina. Bart-Jan Van De Beeck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Villegas in the 75th minute of the match. Bart-Jan Van De Beeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Villegas in the 76th minute of play. Cornelio Villegas made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Reinaud Vrijdag sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Cavaliers FC's Cornelio Villegas got control of the ball when Reinaud Vrijdag tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reinaud Vrijdag could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Cornelio Villegas made a huge save. Florencio Villegas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bart-Jan Van De Beeck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Florencio Villegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Bart-Jan Van De Beeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Florencio Villegas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bart-Jan Van De Beeck. Royal Antwerp FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Villegas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Villegas in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bart-Jan Van De Beeck saved Royal Antwerp FC from getting behind. 93 minutes into the match, Cavaliers FC's Florencio Villegas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bart-Jan Van De Beeck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cavaliers FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
