In the 15th minute Cássio de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Sharma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blue Mountain State's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Afşar Uçuk in the 21st minute. The corner led to Blue Mountain State's Vitinho Faria getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Blue Mountain State's Robin Sharma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doriva Sousa in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes in the game Wang Xiang did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Cássio de Alcântara. After having played for 29 minutes, Karol Panasewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blue Mountain State's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karol Panasewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafa Moura was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Karol Panasewicz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Karol Panasewicz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Cássio de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Blue Mountain State's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Doriva Sousa was slow to take the kick. During this time Jukatriz's players had a chance to rest. Doriva Sousa made a great header on Jukatriz's corner, it was just that Blue Mountain State's Robin Sharma managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice moves Karol Panasewicz could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Rafa Moura however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Jukatriz booed when Blue Mountain State was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Garin didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Kris Garmer hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Rafa Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Panasewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Karol Panasewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafa Moura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Panasewicz in the 69th minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Rafa Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robin Sharma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio de Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cássio de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Robin Sharma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blue Mountain State's Dino Berardino was substituted for Vitinho Faria. In the 85th minute Cássio de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Sharma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafa Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Berardino in the 86th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Doriva Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 93 minutes into the match, Jukatriz's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Berardino came free, but Rafa Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jukatriz had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
