Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Christian Burgo kicked off to start the match. Ezkerra Daque was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Christian Burgo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christian Burgo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Fernecito FC's Ezkerra Daque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Burgo in the 9th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Christian Burgo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ezkerra Daque to make any attempt to save it. Ezkerra Daque made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Gerardo Huera sent off a good shot on target. Emanuel Bărnuțiu charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Bărnuțiu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 16 played minutes Fernecito FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Bărnuțiu. The supporters of Fernecito FC booed when U21 Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Huera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ezkerra Daque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Burgo in the 27th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Montrell Bolonga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. U21 Uruguay's Felipe Carballo pulled a muscle in his leg after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 34 minutes, Sebastiano Agosta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fernecito FC and the U21 Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. U21 Uruguay's Naldo Mezquita was substituted for Felipe Carballo. After a rather tough play, Fernecito FC's Sebastiano Agosta got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 36 played minutes U21 Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Naldo Mezquita. In the 37th minute, Gizon Lascano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Villacanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mino Laguardia in the 38th minute of play. Christian Burgo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Ezkerra Daque made a huge save. Gizon Lascano hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Fernecito FC's goalkeeper Ezkerra Daque had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Burgo. In the 45th minute U21 Uruguay were awarded a corner. Christian Burgo went to the cornerflag to take it. Christian Burgo made a great header on U21 Uruguay's corner, it was just that Fernecito FC's Ezkerra Daque managed to reach the ball for a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mino Laguardia to make the kick off. Ezkerra Daque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Burgo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Burgo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ezkerra Daque having to make a save. Christian Burgo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezkerra Daque read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Fernecito FC got a freekick which was hit by Erroman Llano. U21 Uruguay's Asteri Polo was substituted for Christian Burgo. Ezkerra Daque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asteri Polo in the 61st minute of play. Fernecito FC's Ezkerra Daque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asteri Polo in the 66th minute of play. The throw-in from Erroman Llano in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by U21 Uruguay's Tito Goncalves. 70 minutes into the match, U21 Uruguay's Asteri Polo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ezkerra Daque narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mino Laguardia hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Asteri Polo in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ezkerra Daque prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. U21 Uruguay had won after a very even match.
