The Templars FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Templars FC's Stanislaw Koczara looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 23 minutes into the match, Templars FC's Stanislaw Koczara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Menendo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Stanislaw Koczara dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Saul Menendo, 3-0. After having played for 30 minutes, Modesto Amor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Modesto Amor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's goalkeeper Saul Menendo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adelino Marques was slow to take the kick. During this time Templars FC's players had a chance to rest. Templars FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adelino Marques in the 36th minute. A nice corner shot did that Staffan Apelqvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Saul Menendo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Arsenio Cebo hit a great ball. With a little luck, Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's Saul Menendo got control of the ball when Stanislaw Koczara tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute, Stanislaw Koczara reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Saul Menendo. The goal made the score 4-0. In the 47th minute Johannes Ewald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Courtois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes Ewald's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stanislaw Koczara to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Templars FC's goalkeeper André Courtois had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Péter Ludas. 56 minutes into the match, Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Koczara came free, but Saul Menendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Templars FC's Jonathan Sammut was substituted for Stanislaw Koczara. André Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Péter Ludas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Sammut took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saul Menendo. Saul Menendo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. André Courtois made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Johannes Ewald sent off a good shot on target. 80 minutes into the game, Templars FC's Jonathan Sammut nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saul Menendo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Sammut in the 85th minute of play forced Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's goalkeeper Saul Menendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adelino Marques was slow to take the kick. During this time Templars FC's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in Elpobre toma sidraTUNUYAN's zone, Jonathan Sammut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Menendo came out of the goal and Jonathan Sammut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Ewald, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Templars FC had won after a very even match.
