Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Robert Billington got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romain Mesmakers in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mark Webster saved Billie Jean King Spirit from getting behind. Mark Webster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Kloots in the 10th minute of the match. Kevin Harrison kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Ludwig Kloots got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Billington struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Carel Van de Schrieck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Billie Jean King Spirit. After having played for 21 minutes, Romain Mesmakers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Café DE PLOEG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romain Mesmakers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Romain Mesmakers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mark Webster. Billie Jean King Spirit's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romain Mesmakers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Shaine Gordon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carel Van de Schrieck having to interfere. Mark Webster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Verhaghen in the 37th minute of play. Mark Webster came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Café DE PLOEG's Romain Mesmakers. But to his dismay, Romain Mesmakers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a rather tough play, Billie Jean King Spirit's David Roberts got a free kick in the 41st minute. Billie Jean King Spirit's Mark Webster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romain Mesmakers in the 48th minute of play.

Café DE PLOEG made a substitution. Eriberto de Castro replaced Ludwig Kloots. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romain Mesmakers to make the kick off. Romain Mesmakers in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mark Webster, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 54th match minute, Billie Jean King Spirit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrew Brooks to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Eriberto de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Café DE PLOEG's supporters rose to their feet, but Eriberto de Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Webster breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 59 minutes of play, Café DE PLOEG's Eriberto de Castro made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mark Webster was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 65th minute, Brian Verhaghen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mark Webster was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. With a little luck, Billie Jean King Spirit's Mark Webster got control of the ball when Romain Mesmakers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mark Webster was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eriberto de Castro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 72 minute of play. Café DE PLOEG's Eriberto de Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Romain Mesmakers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Café DE PLOEG's Charles Teuma Castelletti was substituted for Romain Mesmakers. Mark Webster showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto de Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. With a little luck, Billie Jean King Spirit's Mark Webster got control of the ball when Charles Teuma Castelletti tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Charles Teuma Castelletti came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Café DE PLOEG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Teuma Castelletti couldn't finish the play. After 94th play minutes Brian Verhaghen shot 0-10, a short shot which went by Mark Webster and just under the crossbar into goal. Café DE PLOEG's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
