An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Eguntsenti in the 10th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Baltasar Meder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Bizi in the 13th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Hugo Eguntsenti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolas Bizi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The long shot by Baldomiro Guerrero in the 18th minute really tested Baltasar Meder's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 19 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Garaile came free, but Baltasar Meder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Bizi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Maule having to interfere. Eustaquio Tiadoro might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baltasar Meder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustaquio Tiadoro ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nereo Garaile got free with Baltasar Meder in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the game, Bernabe Suarez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bendito Sea El Fernet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leones FC the free kick. In the 38th match minute, Bendito Sea El Fernet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Suarez to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Bizi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cosme Mikelar during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cosme Mikelar hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nereo Garaile stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baltasar Meder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Garaile in the 55th minute of the match. Baltasar Meder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Rosio in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Nicanor Florinio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leones FC's Baltasar Meder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Rosio in the 64th minute of play. Baltasar Meder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Garaile in the 65th minute of the match. If Hugo Eguntsenti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baltasar Meder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Garaile in the 96th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bendito Sea El Fernet players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
