Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Werner Eigenfeld kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Moabiter Adieu booed when Margaret Atwood Impact was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Dalton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernhard Kuinke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Dalton in the 11th minute of play forced Moabiter Adieu's goalkeeper Hando Festini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Werner Eigenfeld in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Moabiter Adieu's Bernhard Kuinke got a free kick in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Margaret Atwood Impact's goalkeeper Christopher Love had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerd Hornig. Hando Festini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Mitchell, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Margaret Atwood Impact got a corner. Moabiter Adieu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jim Mitchell ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Margaret Atwood Impact's Timothy Watson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Michael Dalton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Gerd Hornig could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Christopher Love however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Moabiter Adieu's zone, Jim Mitchell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hando Festini came out of the goal and Jim Mitchell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hando Festini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Dalton in the 35th minute of the match. The corner led to Margaret Atwood Impact's Hylton Brookes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Hando Festini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Dalton, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute, Lucas Jagow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Hando Festini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Mitchell, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Christopher Love came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Moabiter Adieu's Werner Eigenfeld. But to his dismay, Werner Eigenfeld quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Christopher Love stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerd Hornig's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute Werner Eigenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Love saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moabiter Adieu's goalkeeper Hando Festini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernhard Kuinke in the 76th minute of play forced Margaret Atwood Impact's goalkeeper Christopher Love to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Dalton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hando Festini having to make a save. After having played for 82 minutes, Michael Dalton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Margaret Atwood Impact's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Dalton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Michael Dalton struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Hando Festini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Margaret Atwood Impact. Margaret Atwood Impact's Jim Mitchell was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, Moabiter Adieu's Julius Sutanto got a free kick in the 89th minute. Christopher Love showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerd Hornig in the 96th minute of the match. It was a well-played corner which Gerd Hornig managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Despite being the better team, Margaret Atwood Impact failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
