An unexpectedly hard shot by Wigalf Lilleike in the 3rd minute of play forced Moabiter Adieu's goalkeeper Julius Sutanto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jafar Korff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siim Kikas having to interfere. Siim Kikas made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Jafar Korff sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Wigalf Lilleike sped through Moabiter Adieu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julius Sutanto. In the 21st match minute, De Gulden Draak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Rülke to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Moabiter Adieu's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Peres came free, but Julius Sutanto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Manuel Peres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julius Sutanto was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Gerd Hornig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Siim Kikas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Gerd Hornig dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Siim Kikas, 1-2. In the 43rd minute, Erwin Backes made a precise shot to the right of Julius Sutanto. Moabiter Adieu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 46 minutes into the match, Manuel Peres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julius Sutanto. Moabiter Adieu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Peres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4.

The wind increased when Gerd Hornig made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Wigalf Lilleike recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julius Sutanto. Wigalf Lilleike showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Julius Sutanto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wigalf Lilleike's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After 59 played minutes Wigalf Lilleike could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-6 into the left cross. 62 minutes into the match, De Gulden Draak's goal looked a bit too open when Gerd Hornig came free, but Siim Kikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jafar Korff struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Siim Kikas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moabiter Adieu. In a very dangerous position, a player in Moabiter Adieu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Julius Sutanto had in the 72ndth minute some difficulties stopping Anselm Neuhäuser's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Moabiter Adieu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anselm Neuhäuser was slow to take the kick. During this time De Gulden Draak's players had a chance to rest. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nils Kettler during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, De Gulden Draak's Nils Kettler got a free kick in the 74th minute. Julius Sutanto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudius Marsching in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Wigalf Lilleike lined in a short shot 1-7 behind a frustrated Julius Sutanto. Wigalf Lilleike's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julius Sutanto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Moabiter Adieu booed when De Gulden Draak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justin Ostrowicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. De Gulden Draak played a much better game than Moabiter Adieu and deserved their victory. The Moabiter Adieu players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
