Anton Björnberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zafer Şafakoğlu in the 4th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jim Morrison got free with Dida Mazurkiewicz in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dida Mazurkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Morrison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucho Garkalin hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Anton Björnberg came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Quebracho FC's Godofredo Tiadoro. But to his dismay, Godofredo Tiadoro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Quebracho FC's goalkeeper Dida Mazurkiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jim Morrison. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Anton Björnberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Flores in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute Quebracho FC were awarded a corner. Jorge Panpili went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Quebracho FC's corner Alejandro Edur fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anton Björnberg quite easily take care of the ball. Dida Mazurkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Iaki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 played minutes Naboonga Wild Katt FC got a freekick which was hit by Dario Delfino. After a rather tough play, Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Florencio Montrell got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After some careless play in the Naboonga Wild Katt FC defense, Godofredo Tiadoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Björnberg. The Naboonga Wild Katt FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Björnberg should have stopped the shot. A throw-in in the 38th minute of the game was made by Paulo Díaz with Manuel Silban as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a little luck, Quebracho FC's Dida Mazurkiewicz got control of the ball when Jim Morrison tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Quebracho FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Manuel Iaki was slow to take the kick. During this time Naboonga Wild Katt FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Florencio Montrell almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Quebracho FC's Dida Mazurkiewicz did a great save. Dida Mazurkiewicz stood somewhat misplaced when Florencio Montrell came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 41 minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godofredo Tiadoro was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godofredo Tiadoro during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd match minute, Quebracho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Tiadoro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Wiberg in the 53rd minute of play forced Quebracho FC's goalkeeper Dida Mazurkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dan Wiberg took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida Mazurkiewicz. Dida Mazurkiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Quebracho FC's Dida Mazurkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Morrison in the 57th minute of play. Anton Björnberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godofredo Tiadoro in the 64th minute. Quebracho FC made a substitution. Bernardino Abastas replaced Godofredo Tiadoro. Quebracho FC made a substitution. Eligijus Abakevičius replaced Nicanor Flores. Quebracho FC's Mateo Nuno was substituted for Wouter De Brouwer. Lucho Garkalin made in the 66th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Manuel Iaki. After a rather tough play, Quebracho FC's 杜斐志 got a free kick in the 67th minute. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Pepe Argento was substituted for Florencio Montrell. The supporters of Naboonga Wild Katt FC booed when Quebracho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. 杜斐志 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute Bernardino Abastas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Björnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dida Mazurkiewicz came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Quentin Francis. But to his dismay, Quentin Francis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Quentin Francis took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida Mazurkiewicz. Dida Mazurkiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Quebracho FC's Dida Mazurkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quentin Francis in the 82nd minute of play. Anton Björnberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Abastas in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Quentin Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Mazurkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Abastas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Anton Björnberg made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Quentin Francis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Quentin Francis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dida Mazurkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
