Spectators: 7561 (Terracing: 5672, Seating: 1738, VIP seats: 151) Santo Librado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Gogo Etxekopar came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Quebracho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gogo Etxekopar couldn't finish the play. Tiago Matos hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. When Quebracho FC's Santo Librado in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xurupita FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 13 minutes of play, Quebracho FC's Santo Librado made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Caco de Sena was left in no man's land by his defense there! 17 minutes into the match, Xurupita FC's goalkeeper Caco de Sena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Etxekopar. Paolo Abastas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frédson Donato in the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to Quebracho FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Artemio Rivero hit a great ball. The supporters of Quebracho FC booed when Xurupita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Munhoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gogo Etxekopar's shot from long distance in the 24th minute was not bad at all, but Xurupita FC's Caco de Sena knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Frédson Donato scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paolo Abastas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 32 played minutes Xurupita FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Fernando Rocha. When Frédson Donato came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Xurupita FC fans jumped to their feet. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Frédson Donato made the kick off in the second half. Santo Librado kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandrinho Magalhães got free with Paolo Abastas in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 60 played minutes Xurupita FC got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Rosado. When Tiago Matos fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xurupita FC's protests and gave Tiago Matos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd match minute, Xurupita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Matos to maneuver through the defense. Caco de Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Librado, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Caco de Sena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Quintin went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. If Sandrinho Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Quebracho FC had won after a very even match.
