Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tristan Jannes took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, BocaJuniors's Thomas Van Meerbeek got control of the ball when Youri Spailer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ewout Loremans during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of BocaJuniors booed when Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ewout Loremans didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jeff Rockloos came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the BocaJuniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeff Rockloos couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, BocaJuniors's Luc Van Parijs got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Bavo Landewijck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Thomas Van Meerbeek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bavo Landewijck in the 17th minute of play forced BocaJuniors's goalkeeper Thomas Van Meerbeek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Bavo Landewijck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BocaJuniors's Thomas Van Meerbeek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thomas Van Meerbeek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octaaf Nijs in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luc Van Parijs in the 20th minute of play forced Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's goalkeeper Roland Imbreghts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's Bavo Landewijck ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thomas Van Meerbeek. Thomas Van Meerbeek yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, BocaJuniors's goalkeeper Thomas Van Meerbeek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthy Verduijn. After 29 minutes, Bobby Pannekoek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BocaJuniors and the Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bobby Pannekoek kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Thomas Van Meerbeek came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's Bavo Landewijck. But to his dismay, Bavo Landewijck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 34th match minute, BocaJuniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bobby Pannekoek to maneuver through the defense. Axel Coomans was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thomas Van Meerbeek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bavo Landewijck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Youri Spailer took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Thomas Van Meerbeek to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bavo Landewijck in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Van Meerbeek saved BocaJuniors from getting behind. Thomas Van Meerbeek made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Youri Spailer sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Youri Spailer made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octaaf Nijs in the 58th minute of play forced BocaJuniors's goalkeeper Thomas Van Meerbeek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's Bavo Landewijck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Van Meerbeek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Thomas Van Meerbeek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bavo Landewijck in the 63rd minute of play. Thomas Van Meerbeek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ewout Loremans in the 66th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's Bavo Landewijck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Van Meerbeek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Thomas Van Meerbeek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octaaf Nijs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Fermín Durango shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Van Meerbeek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octaaf Nijs in the 79th minute of play forced BocaJuniors's goalkeeper Thomas Van Meerbeek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Tristan Jannes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BocaJuniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda the free kick. After a rather tough play, BocaJuniors's Tristan Jannes got a free kick in the 88th minute. Tristan Jannes struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Roland Imbreghts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BocaJuniors. After some careless play in the BocaJuniors defense, Youri Spailer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Van Meerbeek. The BocaJuniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Van Meerbeek should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
