Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Erling Gentenaar started the match with the kick off. Three Towers United's attentive Åke Gentenaar managed to snatch the ball when Herbert Pietrowicz made a throw-in in the 9th minute of the game. Alaba Gentenaar kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Vissenaeken in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dida Gentenaar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 13 minutes, Guido Vissenaeken made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Three Towers United's Dida Gentenaar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 22 played minutes Three Towers United got a freekick which was hit by Alaba Gentenaar. 24 minutes into the match, Guido Vissenaeken had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dida Gentenaar. Three Towers United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Vissenaeken was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 28th minute Guido Vissenaeken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Gentenaar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Brugge United's goal looked a bit too open when Erling Gentenaar came free, but Vítor Baia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Tibau Franckx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Vissenaeken took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida Gentenaar. Dida Gentenaar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Dida Gentenaar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ümit Karan, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Guido Vissenaeken made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Brugge United booed when Three Towers United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Gentenaar didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Brugge United getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Dacian Hrean hit a great ball. Brugge United's Waud Huijbrechts was substituted for Jaspar Van Den Broeck. The supporters of Three Towers United booed when Brugge United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dacian Hrean didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dida Gentenaar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Laurențiu Roşculeţ showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 62 minute of play. Guido Vissenaeken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guido Vissenaeken received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dida Gentenaar came out and tried to block the shot, but Guido Vissenaeken slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 74th minute. Three Towers United's Dida Gentenaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ümit Karan in the 82nd minute of play. Brugge United made a substitution. Arnauld Van Impe replaced Guido Vissenaeken. Herbert Pietrowicz made in the 90th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Will Deman immediately put the ball in play. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Arnauld Van Impe sped through Three Towers United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dida Gentenaar. Ümit Karan struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Dida Gentenaar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brugge United. The Three Towers United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brugge United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
