Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Miguel Sanches kicked off to start the match. Clive Yang charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clive Yang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Manchester United rise to's Clive Yang got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute, Wladimir Wasilewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ron Low was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 8 played minutes Luxembourg got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Sanches. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wladimir Wasilewski in the 10th minute of play forced Manchester United rise to's goalkeeper Ron Low to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karlheinz Ludecke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Ramone in the 11th minute of play. When Federico Ramone fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester United rise to's protests and gave Federico Ramone a yellow card for diving instead. Federico Ramone kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ron Low showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wladimir Wasilewski in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Manchester United rise to's goal looked a bit too open when Wladimir Wasilewski came free, but Ron Low reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Göran Öberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlheinz Ludecke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Manchester United rise to's Eric Păvăloae fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. A hard shot 41 in the game by Wladimir Wasilewski from a close distance when the talented Ron Low managed to make a qualified save. Manchester United rise to's players were relieved. Miguel Sanches recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eric Păvăloae to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Manchester United rise to got a freekick which was hit by Eric Păvăloae. Ron Low showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wladimir Wasilewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 54th minute Miguel Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ron Low saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61stth minute of the game Wladimir Wasilewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester United rise to's Ron Low was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Luxembourg getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jean-Claude Fröhlich hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Wladimir Wasilewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luxembourg's supporters rose to their feet, but Wladimir Wasilewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ron Low breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute, Göran Öberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Luxembourg's Klaus Pichler got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Ron Low came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Luxembourg's Wladimir Wasilewski. But to his dismay, Wladimir Wasilewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wladimir Wasilewski in the 83rd minute of play forced Manchester United rise to's goalkeeper Ron Low to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Wladimir Wasilewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luxembourg's supporters rose to their feet, but Wladimir Wasilewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. During the 95th minute of the match Miguel Sanches completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Miguel Sanches a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Manchester United rise to booed when Luxembourg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Sanches didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karlheinz Ludecke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Păvăloae in the 98th minute of play. The corner ended in Göran Öberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Luxembourg's Karlheinz Ludecke did a great save. Luxembourg's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
