Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kjell Ekeli got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Kjell Ekeli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Junior Virtanen. Kjell Ekeli showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Kjell Ekeli struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Junior Virtanen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sagene IF. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Kjell Ekeli sped through Dark Sons of Omar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Junior Virtanen. 13 minutes into the match, Dark Sons of Omar's goalkeeper Junior Virtanen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kjell Ekeli. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjell Ekeli in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Junior Virtanen saved Dark Sons of Omar from getting behind. A collision led to Dark Sons of Omar getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Timo Sulonen hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Kjell Ekeli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Junior Virtanen was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After 21 minutes of play, Sagene IF's Kjell Ekeli made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Junior Virtanen was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Kjell Ekeli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Junior Virtanen was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Kjell Ekeli might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Junior Virtanen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kjell Ekeli ran back to his position shaking his head. When Sagene IF's Kjell Ekeli in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dark Sons of Omar's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kjell Ekeli in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Junior Virtanen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd match minute, Dark Sons of Omar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Okkonen to maneuver through the defense. After 33 played minutes, Sagene IF's Martin Furu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Junior Virtanen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sagene IF reached it. When Ivar Stensrud came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Sagene IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivar Stensrud couldn't finish the play. Runar Rødseth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Junior Virtanen made a huge save. Junior Virtanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell Ekeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Raymond Michalsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Sagene IF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Kjell Ekeli hit a great ball. After 65 minutes, Antto Kuhta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dark Sons of Omar and the Sagene IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sagene IF booed when Dark Sons of Omar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antto Kuhta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes Dark Sons of Omar got a freekick which was hit by Timo Sulonen. In the 72nd minute, Kjell Ekeli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Kjell Ekeli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 minutes of play, Sagene IF's Runar Rødseth made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Junior Virtanen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 85 minutes, Kjell Ekeli made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Dark Sons of Omar's Junior Virtanen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Ivar Stensrud notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Dark Sons of Omar's Junior Virtanen. Junior Virtanen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kjell Ekeli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Junior Virtanen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Raymond Michalsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kjell Ekeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sagene IF had played much better football throughout.
