The supporters of Esperanza FC booed when Argentinos Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Teofilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Argentinos Juniors's Alvaro Batista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Galtero in the 90th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Mikolas during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th match minute, Esperanza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Mikolas to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Argentinos Juniors players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
