The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Celestino Pacifico's late challenge caught a Sin Apuro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celestino Pacifico helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as Everardo Indalecio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eustacio Florinio. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Teodoro Ursino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Precioso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesus Frederico in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodoro Ursino saved San Lorenzo AFC from getting behind. With a little luck, Sin Apuro FC's Eustacio Florinio got control of the ball when Celestino Pacifico tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Celestino Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesus Frederico in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodoro Ursino saved San Lorenzo AFC from getting behind. The supporters of Sin Apuro FC booed when San Lorenzo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Fertus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sin Apuro FC's Victorio Aragones got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute of the match Damaso Maura shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teodoro Ursino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Fertus in the 43rd minute of play forced Sin Apuro FC's goalkeeper Eustacio Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eustacio Florinio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Indalecio in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Everardo Indalecio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sin Apuro FC booed when San Lorenzo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sin Apuro FC's Jesus Frederico was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 77th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Eustacio Florinio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Pacifico, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Indalecio in the 82nd minute of play forced Sin Apuro FC's goalkeeper Eustacio Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86th play minutes Jesus Frederico shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Teodoro Ursino and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 90th minute Jesus Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Ursino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sin Apuro FC's Victorio Aragones got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Jesus Frederico came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Sin Apuro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesus Frederico couldn't finish the play. Luisito Iraitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Teodoro Ursino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sin Apuro FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
