The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldo Pello made a kick off. After 53 played minutes San Lorenzo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Gentza. Cuello FC's Reynaldo Pello got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, San Lorenzo AFC's Jesus Oxarra got control of the ball when Ismael Nazario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Everardo Indalecio kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
