A very good chance. 9 minutes into the game, Cosmos Urquiza's Arnoldo Lohitzun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vladimiro Mundo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Teodoro Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Macerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Quilino, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Lohitzun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vladimiro Mundo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Cosmos Urquiza's Honorato Velasco got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

If Domingo Gorbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Rejuntado's Domingo Bela was substituted for Enrique Mannie. FC Rejuntado's Vladimiro Mundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Lohitzun in the 64th minute of play. Cosmos Urquiza's Manuel Macerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Brion in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Cosmos Urquiza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Balendin to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cosmos Urquiza's zone, Cleto Quilino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Macerio came out of the goal and Cleto Quilino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Rejuntado made a substitution. Cristian Silvanito replaced Teodoro Vargas. Feliberto Panfilo took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladimiro Mundo. Vladimiro Mundo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Domingo Gorbea came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vladimiro Mundo could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Cosmos Urquiza's zone, Cristian Silvanito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Macerio came out of the goal and Cristian Silvanito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vladimiro Mundo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnoldo Lohitzun's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. If Feliberto Panfilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliberto Panfilo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The FC Rejuntado fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cosmos Urquiza were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
