Huragan Tapkowice's Rodd Elding couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chelski FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennie Charlton in the 8th minute of play forced Huragan Tapkowice's goalkeeper Tommy Ackroyd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lennie Charlton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Ackroyd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennie Charlton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kasey Langdon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Chelski FC's Benjamin Barnfield sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Ackroyd narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benjamin Barnfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Ackroyd having to interfere. Lennie Charlton had several of the Huragan Tapkowice's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 28 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Tommy Ackroyd as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 31st minute, Benjamin Barnfield got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huragan Tapkowice's goalkeeper Tommy Ackroyd, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Lennie Charlton came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Chelski FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennie Charlton couldn't finish the play. Benjamin Barnfield could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Tommy Ackroyd made a huge save. Kasey Langdon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roger Summers was the one to do the kick off. Chelski FC's Will Adamson got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benjamin Barnfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Chelski FC fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Chelski FC's Lennie Charlton looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Lennie Charlton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Ackroyd was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Barnfield in the 86th minute of play forced Huragan Tapkowice's goalkeeper Tommy Ackroyd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Lennie Charlton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Ackroyd. Huragan Tapkowice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lennie Charlton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Chelski FC's Benjamin Barnfield got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chelski FC had played much better football throughout.
