In the 2nd match minute, U21 Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Alding to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute Danny McAleer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Bissenbacker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th match minute, U21 Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Cervino to maneuver through the defense. Harry Bissenbacker stood somewhat misplaced when Danny McAleer came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 10 minute. U21 Denmark's Harry Bissenbacker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save U21 Denmark from getting a goal against them. In the 15th minute U21 England were awarded a corner. Kyle Percival went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on U21 England's corner Kristopher Abbott fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Harry Bissenbacker quite easily take care of the ball. Harry Bissenbacker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny McAleer in the 20th minute of play. If Kristopher Abbott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Antony Fitter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nik Frisendal in the 26th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andy Cervino in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antony Fitter saved U21 England from getting behind. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by U21 England's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gregers Leinøe was slow to take the kick. During this time U21 Denmark's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of U21 England booed when U21 Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Glendal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Vincent Elmsgård in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by U21 England's Eddie Foster. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Danny McAleer put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Harry Bissenbacker. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danny Darko made a kick off. In the 56th minute Danny McAleer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Bissenbacker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harry Bissenbacker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danny Darko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59thth minute of the game Danny McAleer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Denmark's Harry Bissenbacker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Antony Fitter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Cervino, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as U21 Denmark's Andy Cervino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Antony Fitter. That made the score 2-1 after 68 minutes of play. U21 Denmark's Morten Cervidae was substituted for Otto Bjørnshauge. Danny McAleer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harry Bissenbacker having to make a save. U21 Denmark's Harry Bissenbacker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny McAleer in the 75th minute of play. Harry Bissenbacker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danny McAleer, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 76thth minute of the game Danny McAleer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Denmark's Harry Bissenbacker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th match minute, U21 Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Elmsgård to maneuver through the defense. U21 Denmark made a substitution. Kalle Frøstrup replaced Wictor Pelving. A collision led to U21 Denmark getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Vincent Elmsgård hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the match, U21 Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Devlin came free, but Harry Bissenbacker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 minutes U21 Denmark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kyle Percival who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on U21 England's corner Rio Hendley fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Harry Bissenbacker quite easily take care of the ball. After 88 minutes U21 Denmark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kyle Percival who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Kristopher Abbott got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Harry Bissenbacker quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 93rd minute, Theo Devlin made a precise shot to the right of Harry Bissenbacker. U21 Denmark's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, U21 England could leave the field as winners, despite U21 Denmark having more of the ball for most of the match.
